RegenerAction: Building Resilient Communities

Empowering Rural Europe through Regenerative Agriculture, Innovation, and Community Leadership

Our Approach: From Vision to Action

WP1 – Project Management & Ethics

This work package ensures smooth coordination across the RegenerAction partnership, transparent governance, and full ethical compliance.

WP2 – RegenerAction Blueprint & Pilot Implementation

WP2 focuses on developing and testing the RegenerAction Blueprint—a scalable model for regenerative rural development. The Blueprint is implemented and validated in selected pilot sites, generating practical insights that can be replicated in other territories.

WP3 – Strengthening Community Connections & Leadership Networks

This work package strengthens communities and leadership networks by supporting local leaders and policymakers. It includes the RegenerAction Summit series and EIT Food–accredited training programmes designed to empower change-makers and foster collaborative leadership.

WP4 – Sustained Innovation & Collaboration for Resilience

WP4 activates rural innovation ecosystems by supporting farmers, entrepreneurs, and climate shapers. Activities include training farmers in regenerative practices, boot camps for chefs, consumers, and entrepreneurs, and startup incubation and mentoring for rural innovators.

WP5 – Integrated Impact Assessment

Led by the University of Naples Federico II, WP5 develops and applies an integrated framework to measure the environmental, social, and economic impact generated by RegenerAction, ensuring evidence-based learning and accountability.

WP6 – Integrated Landscape Finance

Building on the experience of 100 Landscapes for 1 Billion People, Persimmon CoLab, and Climate KIC, this work package develops an Integrated Landscape Finance Blueprint. The goal is to unlock financial strategies that support and scale regenerative transitions in rural territories.

WP7 – Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation

WP7 shapes the story and visibility of RegenerAction.
